Kingdom Photography, an Ontario-based wedding photography business ("Photographer," "we," "us," "our").
2) ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3) NOT YOUR CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT
These Terms govern website use only. All photography services are governed by our separate Client Services Agreement signed by clients. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
4) PERMITTED USE & CONDUCT
You may browse the Site and make good-faith inquiries. Do not copy, scrape, hack, upload harmful content, or interfere with security.
5) BOOKING INQUIRIES & ONLINE CHECKOUT
Submitting a form does not create a booking. A booking occurs only when the Client Services Agreement is signed and the retainer is paid. Prices shown may change without notice.
6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is owned by us and protected by Canadian copyright law. Photographers own copyright in their photographs under the Copyright Act (Canada). Clients receive personal-use rights only unless otherwise agreed.
7) CLIENT GALLERIES
Password-protected galleries are for personal use only. Do not alter images or remove copyright notices.
8) USER CONTENT
By submitting testimonials or content, you grant us a license to use it for marketing and portfolio purposes.
9) THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from this Site.
10) DISCLAIMERS
The Site is provided “as-is” without warranties. We disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.
12) INDEMNITY

13) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Ontario law. Courts in Kitchener, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
