The **Guelph Dam and Reservoir** is currently one of my favourite locations to shoot at. I think of it as a little **’hidden gem’** because very few people know about it. I actually discovered it by accident when trying to scout out a different location! I was on my way to look at Guelph Lake Conservation Area, and on my drive there I saw a few cars parked randomly on the side of the road. I could see that the lake was nearby, so I stopped and went to go see what all the excitement was about. And lo and behold- the most PERFECT lakeside photo shoot spot was discovered! 😉
One of my favourite past times (believe it or not) is finding new and interesting places for future shoots. I especially love exploring local areas because I’m always surprised by what I find so close to home. I found some of my favourite places simply by going out and trying something new. So here’s to new adventures and awesome clients like **Liv and Josh** who are actually planning to travel the world together for one year after they marry! #AdventureAwaits
